I was led to believe by Autobahn Transportation that my 2006 Acura MDX would be transported from Wrightsville, PA to Yucaipa, CA by enclosed carrier. They advertise as being '''safe and secure enclosed carriers only." I would never have agreed to have my automobile transported by open carrier. If I would have even considered this option, I could have gone with another company at a lesser price.
When our vehicle arrived here in Yucaipa, it arrived in an open carrier. When I spoke to Thomas at Autobahn, he was non-apologetic. His attitude was that I should be pleased--after all my vehicle wasn't damaged and I got a fair price! When I told him that he wasn't doing business in a reputable way, he told me to take him to court! I don't want to have this happen to anyone else.
