On may 19 I received a call from Heidi that my car was being picked up may 20 but it was going to cost $150 more because driver wanted more. She debited my account $150. The next day I get a call from the carrier that my car was too big for the spot in the truck. I called Heidi and she apologized and asked me to give her another chance to find a carrier. I try old her I wanted a refund and she said she'll see what she can do. To this date I have not received my refund. I have called several times and am still calling and can't get my money. I want a refund because I never received. Any service.
