I wanted to use a direct carrier to transport my vehicle from Houston to LA, as I have had a terrible experience in the past with a broker. Thank goodness I found Autoline. They were easy to deal with, their driver was professional and showed up on time, there were no surprise surcharges, and no waiting for a driver to book my car. Last time I waited two weeks before the broker found a driver, and this time I knew exactly what to expect from the beginning. The driver Nathan arrived 3 days later in LA after pickup with my car safe and sound. I was also able to pay the full amount at delivery using my credit card. Last time I shipped, I had to pay the driver in cash.
