Driver was assigned within a matter of minutes after I placed order online. I received e-mail with booking request asking for deposit to lock in the carrier assigned. The deposit was $200 which I paid online and then got all the driver information with Itinerary for pickup and delivery. The driver was professional and extremely understanding about the delivery of my car. I needed it to be delivered no later than the 20th. He made that happen and he delivered on the 18th. I could not be more pleased with their services.
