Called to ship 2 cars from CA to TX and Christina was easy to talk to and easy to deal with. Once I confirmed dates, she got back to me in 2 days with a few options to choose from. The pickup came on time, as was prompt to do the inspection and put the cars on the trailer. Quite efficient and nice driver. He also arrived just on time and cars were in good shape. Customer service from the transportation company called me once on the day of delivery to confirm timing and then the driver called me when he was about an hour away as well. Overall very happy with how smooth and easy things with and with the level of communication and keeping me up to date.
