The time difference and my work schedule created some obstacles for me to contact my primary representative, Nathan. However, everytime I did get to talk to him, he was very professional and prompt to help. I was told that my car would be picked up within 7days. I had one delivery date cancelled because the transport company ran into some problems. The next available date would be in 2-3weeks. Nathan called repeatedly to weigh out our options and I appreciated his work ethic. He asked if I was willing to pay extra to get it shipped out 2-3days and I said not with the enlisted pay I am receiving, no. Soon, I found out Autoline agreed to ship my car out to make it within the 7 days at the expense of my military discount so I still ended up paying for the extra cost. I felt they were dishonest because they did not live up to their end of the deal giving me my military discount. It wasn't my fault they used transport companies that cancelled on them. This route was advertised as a very common route and yet there's no sooner available date. I don't think it was right for them to make a decision to ship out my car and then take away the military discount that is offered to everyone eligible. Why am I discriminated? The driver never contact me 24hours ahead like promised to let me know when they were arriving. But, the driver was very nice and my car arrived safely, black dirty, but safe. I did not receive any follow up from Autoline to make sure my car arrived which suprised me because I had really good customer service. They also offered $50 rebate for leaving a review but only if it's FOUR STARS or higher. LOL. Overall, I like the customer service but not the service itself.
