Car burned up and destroyed

I reviewed the reviews carefully and chose Autolog. Based on what they relayed, I believed they used their own carriers. However, without informing me they subcontracted to another company. The last date of the window the car was to be delivered, we contacted Autolog about delivery time. Shockingly, they had no idea where the car was! It took them some time to find out that it had burnt up in transit. It was shipped with cars that had been in accidents and another car's battery shorted and burnt up the whole transport. Getting money back was a complicated timely process, that involved my even providing a copy of the sticker that had been on the car initially to confirm features.
