We have used Autolog for the past 5 years, and twice our Jaguar arrived with considerable damage. The first damage was so severe that we could not open the driver’s front door. The last straw was November 2004, when our car arrived with the trunk lid horribly scrapped and hydraulic fluid covering the car. Each damage costs over $1500. Each time when we reported the damage to Autolog, they had a very cavalier attitude, so we are alerting everyone with this review.
