When I called I spoke with Violet. I was up front with her explaining that I had a bad experience with another company (Guardian). They took my deposit and never picked up the car. An event, I spoke with Violet on Wednesday and was told my car would be picked up Saturday of Sunday. They actually came a day early and pick it up on Friday evening. The car arrived on Sunday like the said. Couldn't have asked for the transport to run any smoother, they were GREAT!!!
