I've only shipped cars on big trucks a couple times in the past and never with any serious problems. I have found, however, that brokers and dispatchers seem to be rude and want to get me off the phone quickly. Transporting my BMW from San Diego to Miami with Autologyx was by far the best experience I've had. They listened to everything I had to say and made notes of my specific instructions (which were indeed followed). The dispatcher is very nice and kept me posted on the status of my car which I REALLY appreciated. The driver called ahead to make sure I was home, and was very very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to transport their vehicle. Very nice and very helpful.
