The Service was as stated in their terms and condidtions. My particular transport ended up taking about 3 weeks to schedule. The company even added their own money to help move the car. They were easy to deal with and friendly. Read the contract and realize that they give a date range for a reason. I would also add that they were much less expensive than eBays recommended DAS.
