The person who was in charge of arranging the car's pickup and delivery was very easy to get in touch with and rather helpful. The carrier itself, however, was unfortunately very slow and very difficult to get in touch with. Rather than being frank about their tardiness, they often gave random excuses which were not appreciated. However, the car was delivered in good condition and the transfer was cheap. If time is not an issue but money is, I'd recommend this carrier. The person who coordinated the transfer also did 2 more cars for me, and was very helpful in those cases as well, and I would recommend him.
