Ansolutely Negligent

This company sounds like they operate out of a shoe box, was completely unprofessionl, rude in both speak and action, negligent in providing a service that was 100% paid in full for prior to ship date, and noncompliant to even thier own written policy!
The auto was scheduled to be shipped from MA to AZ, however after 6 weeks of no pick up, a minimum of 1 call to the company per day, and literally no resolution or schedule, I cancelled the service that was previously paid in full for. Following the 14 day refund period the money had not been refunded and I was told, "The more you call here the longer your refund will take, now it's next week!". The company blatently denied even their own policy, the staff were never helpful and even obnoxiously rude....I was hung up on several times, yelled at, told I had no right to know the owner of the company's name, and told there was nobody I could speak to. The gentleman stating these things was "John", and he was the operations manager according to him!
Finally, I handled the rufund through the credit card company.
This company sounds like a bunch of angry people that have no idea what they are doing, and are obviously trying to rip off the customers, having no regard for the possible consequences! STAY AWAY!!!
