ANOTHER VICTIM TO THIS ABSOLUTE CROOK BROKER!

If you are thinking of hiring these bunch of goons from Autotrail Transport and reading this--CONGRATULATION! You did your research 1st before makin that step into nightmare with this broker. My fiance' made a mistake of hiring this goons to transport his car and was told by the name "CRYSTA" (whatever name they can think of)one of the dispatcher there that there is a carrier nearby that can haul BUT we must act now and give them the credit card number so they can reserve a spot for the car. My fiance is a very trusting person so he did what he was told. Which he admitted later on that it was the biggest mistake he made! Autotrail Transport immediately took the money out of the credit card and we never heard from them again. After a week of waiting my fiance called and was rudely talked to by different people and promised that it was going to get pick up on Saturday (4/22/06). Saturday came and when my fiance called again just to check he was called all kinds of different horrible names and so my fiance ask for the Manager and the guy on the other line of the phone said that he is the Operation Mngr and his name is John--but he never gave his full name. My fiance is a well-known respected businessman in town and was never spoken to the way this goons did to him! He was just in shocked on how rude, nasty and sounding like monster this JOHN talk to him! To make the story short---you can never call this people without them hanging up on you, yell at you and call you all kinds of despicable names for no reason at all but to follow up on status of your car pick up.After that incident we search the net and found all kinds of bad reports/reviews on them.
WHATEVER YOU DO- NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE---
NEVER-EVER HIRE AUTOTRAIL TRANSPORTERS! EVER! YOU WILL REGRET IT! YOU ARE BETTER OFF DRIVING THOUSAND OF MILES THAN HIRING THESE GOONS! I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY EVER OPERATE AND EXIST!WHATEVER THEIR WEBSITE SAID ABOUT THEM IS THE OPPOSITE OF HOW THEY PRACTICE.
