THE WORST COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH

These people are dishonest and rude!!! I have never dealt with anyone quite like them. After booking my vehicle for pick up, I kept calling them to make sure everything was scheduled and ready to go. Although I could tell that they were not checking their files or records, they would telll me that everything was all set and that my vehicle would be picked up as scheduled. Well wouldn't you know, that the date and time came and went, and no pick up???
Another phone call. The repsonse was that the driver was probably behind schedule and I would get a call within a day or two. Several days go by, several phone calls, same excuse.
After about a week, someone finally informed me that they had no record of my pick up. Isn't that something? They had already charged my credit card!! So, I faxed them a copy of my contract.
More days go by. Still nothing. More excuses.
Finally, I spoke to the person in charge. I was upset and raised my voice, telling him about the lies. He kept hanging up on me.
Needless to say. They never transported my vehicle. They kept my deposit. I cancelled the contract. I let them know what I thought of them, sent them a nasty letter, and will NEVER do business with them again. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
