Very poor communication

Called and spoke to Roxanne and she took the order to move the car. Granted it was short notice as the other company I contracted with 3 weeks prior changed policy and no longer accepted credit cards for payment. As I was not going to be on the receiving end that was a deal breaker.

After talking with Roxanne she was confident she could move my car within 1 week. Problem is I initiated every single phone call or email. Roxanne called me on Thursday to tell me the truck was dispatched and the driver would call me on Friday to arrange pick up either on Saturday (the next day) and or Sunday.

Friday came and went and never heard from the driver. I called Saturday morning and no one was in the office. Lucked out as a dispatcher answered their line and got Adam to call me. He did call back promptly but had no information. He placed a call to the driver that morning @ 9:00am finally at 2:00pm no word from the driver.

Spoke with a neighbor who used a different carrier and I placed a call to them. Cancelled with Auto Transport because if I had no communication prior to pick up what would be the case once the car was loaded. No longer feeling confident in having them move the car.

This was added stress of moving an entire house across the country and the car is the biggest problem of them all....should not be the case when you hire someone to take that burden from you!

Major communication problem! Credit to Adam for trying his best to make this mess work...but alas his hands are tied and was completely understanding when I cancelled.

Also - do not like that they charge my credit card the deposit prior to dispatch that was a first for me. Albeit Adam assured me I would get a credit on Monday.

Very disappointing experience.
