Very bad service

We placed this order on 8/11/10. The service we ordered was that which did not have a specific date or time frame. Diane told me it could be up to 45 days. At 45 days we called to check the status and Diane told me she had no record (even though I have the confirmation email from them for the order). She also claimed that she would never have told me a specific number of days it might take. But she did tell me up to 45 days. We were given and number for Tony (supervisor) whom my husband was able to reach by phone the next day. He told us he would get right on it. My husband has left numerous messages for him and as yet have not had the courtesy of a return call. I emailed Diane yesterday and still no response. We definitely regret using this company and recommend no one else use them. Needless to say, we still do not have the car as of today 10/23/10.
