WHERE TO START. DO NOT TRUST. BASICALLY HORRIBLE COMPANY. LIARS. THEY PUT A LOW PRICE ON INSTANT BOOKING THEN AFTER A FEW DAYS IN THE BOOKING, THEY RAISE THE PRICE UP A LOT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE WASTED A FEW DAYS AND YOU NEED THE CAR PICKED UP SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK THEY HAVE ON HERE IS FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM. THEY WILL PROBABLY RESPOND TO THIS TRYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK INNOCENT. DO NOT TRUST! IF THEY KEEP LYING AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS
