It is too bad that the custoimer overloaded the car and went totally against what he was told, not to place anything in the front, but I guess he wanted to do what he wanted ???????? The contract calls for a charge of up to $200.00 if the customer overloads the car, this is not a moving van. It was cleared with the customer prior to pickup that the driver requested additional money to move the vehicle and that he could opt ou and continue to wait for another truck at the quoted price. It is too bad that the customer was so lazy that he could not read the contract but was able to sign and agree with it.
None of the extra money went to us, it was given to the driver and this can be proven. It is too bad that the customer wanted to get the move for nothing.
