I was originally quoted $400 to transport my 1972 IH Scout II from Georgia to Virginia. I paid the deposit of $175 and had $225 left to pay upon delivery of the vehicle , according to the email. However, after the vehicle was picked up, I was informed the full cost was $700, and I still owed $525 to receive the vehicle. When I called to get this straightened out, I was told Michael was supposed to straighten this out and he would call me back. I waited two hours for his call, so I called back, he still wasn't available. I was told he would call me back at 2PM on October 28, which is after the vehicle was supposed to be dropped off. I was never called. After I called back to resolve the issue, I kept getting the run-around saying somebody would call to help me settle it but it never happened. A long story short I had to pay the extra money to get my vehicle back. These people are very dishonest, and the "No hidden fees" posted on their website is a complete lie. In the event they try to degrade me like they have others on this site, I have proof of all this if anyone who is thinking about using their services wants to see it. If they make it right by refunding the difference between what I was quoted and what I had to pay to get my vehicle back then I will remove this review, but from reading what other people are saying this is a problem that i doubt will be settled.
