NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!REALLY, DON'T DO IT.....

They gave me a quote of $740.00 to move my car. I sent the $175.00 deposit because thay told me they would move my car right away.

The contract provides for them to be late, overcharge, and keep your deposit if you are not happy. There is protection for them and not for the customer.

They promised over and over that they would ship the car, but it didn't happen.
I could not reach them for days calling and emailing, so I filed a complaint with Paypal for not shipping my car.

Finally, on March 11, I got an email from them saying that they had a truck that would move my car for $925.00. I emailed immediately and told them that this was not acceptable to me as this was well over the agreed amount.

Out of spite, they hired this driver and charged me $1100.00 and shipped the car knowing that I did not have that much money when the car got here. I was told that if I did not come up with $1100.00 cash right now, they would put my car in storage and additional fees would apply.

They contracted at this higher amount because they were mad that Paypal had frozen the deposit because they had not moved my car as agreed. The dispatcher then told me that this was done intentionally and that I should have driven the car myself and that my car was not worth what they were charging me to move it.

ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH IN OVER 30 YEARS!!!
THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

this customer was very much aware of the situation, her car was sitting in a parking lot with the keys in it, she was worried that the car would be towed away, so she begged us to get it, i finally found a trucker but he wanted a little more money, she was called to inform her of this and she said go ahead, which we did, then when the driver got there and asked her for the money, she gave him a problem.
