After a long frustrating experience with two other companies (viking auto transport) (Magic carpet transport) I got the pleasure of getting a call from Gilbert. As I was ready to give up and pay an astounding amount of money to get my car shipped out of desperation, he was able to point me in the right direction by giving me a better understanding of the transport business. He wasn't even pushing me to sign-up with his company and still spent a good half an hour explaining the ins and outs of this sometimes tricky business. Basically this guy actually cares and hates it when other company screws their customers. I was even considering flying 1300 miles and drive my car back to Texas. Glad Gilbert took care of everything. With no exaggeration, he was able to find me a truck driver within 12 hours (the other companies couldn't do it in 2 weeks) ... really!!!
The car was then picked up and delivered on the estimated time he gave me. The car was in good shape and the truck driver was nice and professional. I will definitely do business with him again as I might be moving next year. Gilbert is honest, reliable and caring. It's hard to find that kind of service these days. Oh and I forgot he's also has a great sense of humor. Kudos! Like he said to me good thing happens to good people! He definitely deserves the best. Your new loyal customer... Franck.
