With Kind Regards Debbie Leupold which were not our customer, Debbie however did help assist the customer who we did have a booking for. I SAY THAT TO SAY, that we set this order up with Thomas caulsield in which at time Of booking he were fully aware that we are a BRoker company which we take great pride in being. At the time of booking two things happened, Thomas understood that dates flexible because he wanted a cheaper price then what the driver were asking for and also he were on a load board waiting for a discounted rate. Guess what we found him a driver in which he had name and contact information. Thomas were leaving town and hired Little Debbie to “Car Wacth”. Debbie is upset because the driver company which we dispatch called her night before and informed her he were having a delay, little Debbie called us over 50 times between hours of 940pm and 10 20pm. I called Debbie top of next day and got her a new driver, she upset cause the new driver could not pick up till Tuesday and another company picked up Monday for $350 more. We are sorry that we about your summer break, BUT as you read please note that she were not our customer and she knows we got her a driver and were Never Charge Thomas our real customer and money and also wrote a letter to The :Car Watcher with a. $50 gift card for her not to leave a bad review,, The “car watcher” took the gift card and also verbal agreed not to leave review and she still did, We are very remorseful and ask that viewsers dis reguards the star she gave and read the content of what she wrote in which you could she wtried our best and always try are best to do ou Best, at please visit our web page WWW.AVONMOVINGANDSTORAGE.COM P.S WE LOVE YOU
