Teddy, the CEO, reached out to me after I filled out an online search for a moving company. We talked back and forth for about a month regarding my move from DAL to LAX. I wanted to hire him to move my furniture. We agreed on a rate of $1400 and I let him know I was flying down to pack up my stuff. We agreed on a date and I sent hi a $460 deposit via cash app. He sent me a deposit receipt & invoice. He told me someone was coming Wednesday and no one came. I had to fly back to LA the next day and I called him he told me someone could come Saturday. I told him my lease was up but finally after asking my brother, he cleared his schedule for Saturday to sign off on the inventory. Teddy told me some one was coming before 2pm-4pm on Saturday. My brother was there and waited and no one ever showed up. He will not answer my calls, texts or emails.

This is not true.We have Respect for each client and we did everything and our powers to Help her. We also did Everything we were Hired to do. We are Brokers who arrange For Auto and Households goods to be transported. We set the Transport with the drivers, which she fully understood. We are 100 percent sure she knows because she is a repeat shipper and we have signed contracts and dates explaining and also showing that are services were provided. Shipper not only moved her dates around well after terms and agreement. Shipper also canceled the Shipment day of the moved which is breech of contract and therefore movers were not able to load her goods. Also we have Provided the Customer with great understanding and services that we provide and also provided. We can Not give Shipper full refund back due to us doing what we were hired for. We are willing to give Shipper Credit for future Transport if taking placed within 24 months for Moved Date. We ask that no negative review is left, Due to the fact that we fully explained our services and expectation before the signed documents and before we issued the service. We Thank you for hearing our side we have every intentions on doing the right Thing all the time. This is very unfortunate that the landlord and customer had a issues, however we should not be blamed for something outside our control. Please reach out if any additional questions.
