I was planning on helping a friend who just moved out of the country ship her car to her grandmother. She ended up selling the car before moving it, but Avon Moving and Storage was helping throughout the process and totally understanding with our change of plans. They weren't rude or anything with the plan change, which is great to see in customer service!
