When Teddy initially contacted me, I liked his style and how he personalized his service offering by mentioning he was born and raised in Boynton Beach, Fla., where I needed to transport my mom's car to me across the country. Then after I needed to change the date by one week, he continued to be responsive and said he'd need to line up another driver and would get back to me. That's when it all went sideways... From that point on I had to chase him for an answer. When I tried texting as I did early on during our correspondence, I received error messages saying it was an invalid number. Then after calling the number, I left multiple voicemails over a 72-hour period until today when it said his voicemail box was full and not accepting messages. I also emailed him multiple times, as well as faxed over a letter cancelling the pickup, which under the terms and conditions the way it was written entitled me to a full refund. I had met two conditions: 1) contacted him prior to the pickup and 2) did so without him assigning the vehicle to a carrier or it being dispatched. The response: radio silence. Nada. Just crickets. Now here's the rub: I cannot get other brokers to bid on the pickup until he removes me from the schedule, which is now just a day away. And time is of the essence. I need to have this car picked up ASAP. Obviously, there's no point in doing business with someone who's so unprofessional and unresponsive.

Please read entire review for you see this Guy is no good person. No Money ever given. Bruce Shutan is a liar and complete jerk. This Boy initially contacted me to help transport his car that his mom was paying for a cross-country. The Mom and Bruce knew I was A broker and also carrier that found him a driver as he mentioned above. What he didn’t not mention his he canceled driver day of pick which left us without a vehicle and lost time and fuel. All conditions were met which was to get him a driver. Kid liked my style because I provide a Great service and from Boynton a beach Next his mommy and she liked the service also. Nothing was charge because we don’t get paid until drop off. Please stop the lies.
