I was impressed with how responsive the team was and how quickly they assigned a driver. The first driver was a no show, however within a day a new driver was assigned. The car was delayed arriving Monday instead of the planned Saturday however the team was great at providing updates and responding to any concerns immediately. Car arrived safely
