I purchased a truck from Luxury Auto On-Line in Fl. They contracted w/BDZ Auto Transport to ship it to CA. I dealt w/Michael Lampros who repeatedly gave me the run around. It took 45 days before I finally got the truck & when it arrived the antenna was missing and the 2 batteries had been replaced with rebuilt batteries. At one point uxury Auto had to send the local police to see if the vehicle was actually at BDZ and it was located after Lantos has said it was on the way. Lantos promised to reimburse the total shipping costs because of the unreasonable delay. After 55 days of emails, letters & phone calls from myself and Luxury Auto BDZ has still not made good on their promise of reimbursment. Each time Lampros has a different story, "the check is in the mail, I mailed it to Luxury Auto, I mailed it to you last week, last month, I'll get right on it and get back to you which never happens. I can not in good conscience recommend this company which has repeatedly demonstrated their lack of credibility and integrety. Still waiting for the reimbursment money.
