Talk about BKK coming to save my day! If Companies can be SuperHero's - BKK Transport would have unlimited powers for their dedication to customer service!

My Husband & I initially had request a car transport through a Rental Truck CompanyL, The day before we were heading to Austin Tx, we wen to pick up the Car Carrier to find out that the crazy Rental Truck Comp. had entered our vehicle we were towing it with incorrectly. We were stuck at this point with 2 vehicles to drive but only 1 driver.- I found BKK Transport on EXTREMELY short notice and Ian helped ease my worries. Thier rate was literally almost comparable to that i was going to pay for the Car Carrier. I called BKK Tuesday Afternoon, We had to leave for TX. Wed Morning at 4am, and Ian took care of the transport while we were away. Jose picked up our 2008 Escalade and took extremely good care of it. It just arrived to Austin, TX this morning and I AM such a satisfied customer that i would recommend BKK to anyone! Thank you Ian & Jose- without your commitment to customer service and flexibility; this would have been a nightmare for me to encounter.
