From transport reviews.com I decided to give BKK a chance. I went to their website and placed an order to move my car from CA to NY on August 7, 2018, provided my CC information for $150 deposit. I received no confirmation, but I saw the pending charge on my CC. I received no communication whatsoever only to find out that my order was never processed or was cancelled with no communication whatsoever. At least the $150 deposit was never processed. Terrible service because there was no customer service at all.

This customer left us a fake review for no reason.Order confirmation was sent to him by email right after he made the booking online and he never called us or emailed us after that we tried to reach multiple times but was no respond and finally yesterday he answered the phone and hang up right away .Order was processed at time of booking and was not canceled by us .Can not be any better service than we did.
