Arranged for transportation nearly 2 months in advance

I contacted several companies a couple months prior to my actual move, thinking that it would give me a better chance at having my car moved on time and delivered at a reasonable time. I ended up contracting with BT Express Auto, although they were not the cheapest, they were reasonably priced and at the time they sounded knowledgeable.

Once the deposit was sent, the trouble began. I never heard from anyone for a while, so I decided to call a week or so before the car was supposed to be picked up and I talked with the guy that answered the phone. He said everything was on schedule, they had someone who would be picking it up early the week that it was scheduled too. I was excited. One less worry with moving.

HOWEVER, since I was moving, and the guy said to call back and check regularly, I got nervous when no one was answering my calls. I finally got through to Sheri, who arranged the order, and she assured me that the car would be picked up that week.

With plane tickets to leave, and no word on my car getting picked up, I was a nervous wreck the Friday that I was moving out. I had called their office nearly a dozen times by that point, with no response and had sent 3 emails. Finally, a female working there answered the phone. She was an awful person. She was absolutely rude and spoke filthy to me. I asked to speak to Sheri or a manager, and she refused saying there was no sense in bothering them.

It has been several weeks since my car was to be picked up, and I have called 38 times, left 15 messages and sent 12 emails to Sheri and the owner Bill Turner. Not ONCE have they responded. I don't know what is going on, but my car is still in Kentucky and I'm in California without it.

THEY WERE A HORRIBLE CHOICE FOR ME.
