Worst Company in the USA shop elsewhere!

Please do your self a favor and use another company. I know this is long but read the whole thing and you will be calling another company!
I called BT Transport on March 15th and scheduled my car a 1947 Buick to be picked up from Mississippi and delivered to Cleveland OH. It was available on March 17th. On March 23rd I got a call from a driver that said he was picking the car up on the 24th and I would have the car on the 26th or the 27th. On Friday the 26th he called said he had picked up the car but had a problem and would be here the following Monday with my car, so I took off work on Monday to be here for my car. The driver never came! I had his # and called 3 times and left messages still nothing. I then called BT Auto Transport to see what was going on, they were very rude about the whole problem and said they had to reschedule the “pickup” Yes this guy never picked up the car. So they rescheduled with another driver.
I got a call from the other driver and he said that he was picking up the car on 3-30-04 and would have it to me on 4-3-04. I was all ready again taking off work so I can be here when it comes, and this time the driver called me while on his way to pick up the car and told me he wanted an extra $250. to pick it up. Of course I told him where to go and called the company, they said that he could not pick it up because there was no way to fit a truck in where the car is stored. This is where I got upset, the guy I bought the car from sells cars all the time and had another truck (18 wheeler) come and pick up a car the week before, so that was B.S.
They said they would reschedule the pickup and delivery of my car and would make it a priority. I waited another week so it is now 23 days since it was to be picked up. I called in and talked with some guy who will not give his name, but he is real rude and if you read the other comments he is the one that puts you on hold forever, he was no help. (I found our his name is Chris) I told him I wanted to speak with the owner Billy Turner so he transferred me, Billy said that he would personally look into it and put a rush on the pickup of my car and would be back with me by the next morning. (witch he never did call me back) I called them the next afternoon and they told me that they had no status on it they were still trying to find a driver to pick it up. I asked them what there 100% satisfaction guarantee meant and what I get if I am not satisfied and they said they can’t tell me I need to talk to Billy but of course he is not in.
I called back on the following Monday and of course Billy is not in, I left a voice message for him and asked him to call me back. Then again what was I thinking? He never called me back.
I have called them over and over with no where to go. Finally on April 20th 37 days later I called back and asked for a status and was told they were still trying to get it scheduled, I finally gave up and canceled my order and demanded a refund. They said I would have my refund within a few days, well I checked and they did not give it to me so I called them again and they said that it would take at least another week because they had a bunch of other ones they have not gotten to yet. Well if they have that many cancellations how bad of a company are they? Finally after 2 weeks of fighting with these jerks for a refund they stated they will only give me half because their trucker lied about not wanting to pick it up unless I paid him an extra $250. So they get $75 for what? causing me grief? I am contacting the better business buero and and attorney. Lieing theives!
Now let me tell you if you want your car go with another company because BT Auto Transport is just a scam!!!
