Simply the worst, most unprofessional, low quality, ineffective, liars that I have ever dealt with - period. These guys lie and do nothing to remedy situations, they do not care and after the fact make up excuses why they were unable to do the job for which they were contracted. The miss deadlines (even with a 14 day window!) and do not care or offer to do anything about it.
