I would like to express my thoughts as it pertains to pick up and delivery of my 2004 Ford Thunderbird from Mississippi to Virginia. Ms Yana was very pleasant and knowledgeable and prompt in providing information calling the carriers and calling me back. Her efforts were commendable. However it took a very long time to get the vehicle from the Origin to the final destination from what I understand due to the carriers wanting more money than was quoted as for the original military rate. I made a mnimum payment ahead of time from my credit card and then paid the remainder when the vehicle was delivered. Thought the pick up was many days and weeks late the delivery was early and the carrier worked with me on delivery location and time. The carrier and Yana continued to call me which was very good. Keys were promptly delivered and no damage to the vehicle. I would use this company again.
