Max Antonov, my primary contact at MoveWheels, was polite, sympathetic and helpful. He explained the whole process to me and addressed all my concerns no matter how many times I called. He was even able to give me a discount after finding out about my job situation. The truck service was on time and the driver, Ovidue, together with his wife, were very friendly. You can immediately trust them. He mentioned that it would probably take him three days to deliver my car to me in California, and he was spot on, which worked out well since I would have arrived the day before. Both parties delivered on their promises. All in all, it took just three days to transport my car from AR to CA, where normally it would take up to a week. The reason the car was dirty was because it rained in AR when he picked it up and it was raining all the way. I expected this and promptly took the car to the car wash. Overall, the service was efficient, reliable and prompt. I would use them again if I ever need to transport any vehicle in the future.
