I spoke with Mary kind of last minute but she was able to find a carrier for me nonetheless. She was very responsive, actually listened and delivered on some kind of picky demands I had. Be sure you ask for Mary Chalova when you call. Everyone else told me my demands would never be accepted. Well, Mary delivered on those! Car was delivered quickly, on time and in the same condition it was picked up. Driver stayed in touch throughout the trip which was a great relief. Thank you Mary!
