Telman Galustov of FBI Express, Inc was awesome to work with! I've shipped a car enough to learn that you can never rely on anything anyone tells you. However my driver communicated with me often, was responsible and courteous to my communications with him and followed through on everything he said. He met every time window he gave and never gave more than a 2 hour window. This experience doesn't compare to the previous headaches I've had. Movewheels.com was also very easy to work with and responsive. Alex Marei helped with my quote, replied to all emails the same day and answered every question. Also the quote was better than almost everyone! The only hiccup - the driver didn't receive my new drop off address but he was incredibly flexible and had the car in front of my door at the time he quoted. I'm going with Movewheels.com first for my next car shipment.
