Dear Lauren, we apologize for inconveniences. The driver, whom to we assigned your order, cancelled the last minute for technical reasons. We tried to find a new driver, but he asked for more money (250$). According to the Terms and Conditions that you signed, we have 5 business days to assign a carrier company for you and if you decide to cancell within this period of time, cancellation fee is 75$. We never avoid calls from our Customers. The only reason for this could be that your manager was trying to find the best carrier company for you order for the acceptable price.
