Sandra was great! We had an issue w/first driver arriving to pick up the car from dealership after hours and he wouldn't wait. Sandra found us a replacement driver right away. We have no complaints. My only suggestion would be to advise the client to get receipt from the driver. We paid our driver cash. He then proceeded to lie and tell Sandra we had not paid him. This was very disappointing to us and I hope you do not use him for future transports. It all worked out thanks to excellent customer service from Sandra!
