Overall, I was happy with the service. I was at first getting anxious that I was not getting any news about whether I got my preferred pick up date or not. I didn't hear anything until 1 day AFTER my preferred date, and so there was a bit of stress trying to figure out when I had to get everything packed in the car. And then after packing it all in the day of my preferred pick up, waiting with all my belongings sitting in it, and not willing to use my car because that would mean leaving my car in a parking lot that would potentially be unsafe. I heard back from Kelly, explaining that she had been trying to get a driver for a week now, and moved quickly for me once I made the decision to go with it, even though it was more expensive than the given estimate. She was very communicative once she had information, but prior to that, it would have been helpful for me to know what was happening, even if there wasn't anything happening. The driver was late in communication, and when he finally contacted me with a confirmed timing, he did not negotiate the timing with me, and stated that he would be at the designated location at 7am. On the morning of, he was 2 hours late. However he was careful, and obviously experienced loading the car and securing it down. All in all, my car and belongings arrived safely (albeit the car was very dirty for some reason), and even a day early despite the late pick up.
