The time span from speaking with Kate, over the phone, to the receiving of the contract via email, to the time my truck was actually on its way to me was 3 to 4 hours. Kate answered my every call or returned them promptly, she went out of her way to help me with a difficult payment situation. honestly a great experience with a really good price to move my truck from CT to CA. Arrived right on time with no damage to it or its contents, and some how in just 5 days.
