I had a horrible experience with Kelly. She was very good until I signed the contract and then was horrible to work with afterwards. She told me the driver was going to call about pickup time the day before it was scheduled. They didn't, and when I called them they said "I forgot". I told her I wanted a different driver with the same price and she kept offering me more expensive drivers or the same one that I didn't want to work with anymore multiple times. After 5 days since initial pickup, she finally found one that met the price and scheduled them without confirming with me. I asked her to send over their insurance information, but she kept ignoring my calls and texts from then on. Turns out their insurance was expired and she just didn't want to tell me. First, that's a total scam and second, that is not something I should be responsible for checking. I had to call into customer service and a different nice guy was my point of contact since then. He got the insurance problem sorted out for me, and everything went smoothly after that. Kelly needs to work on her communication skills if she wants to be a professional. If anyone works with this company, please fend for yourself or you might end up with a smashed car with no insurance to pay for it.
