Dealing with this company and their lack of communication and lying about pickup times.My situation was clearly explained to them about the timeframes and that the car had a problem with backing up along with other items. We had to pay to have someone available to pick up the car and scooter. They called and left voice message just two hours before that they were not getting picked up. The date given was the next day – GUESS WHAT- NO PICKUP and when called, told to call the driver company. Called driver company only to find out the bid on the car was not even till Monday afternoon (Actual pickup scheduled date) and that the Eugene of Movewheels knew it may not be till Wed but never told us. I had to pay the person waiting on the truck 3X for a pickup that occured 2 days late. Several times spoke with Eugene and he bold face lied to me about the details until I confronted him that I spoke with the driver company. He promised to call on two occasions to provide update and never did. When I called him, a woman answered and lied to me again about the delivery date and time. I called the company and spoke with Max and others complaining about the service. Requested to speak to the owner and CEO and they promised a return call. SUPRISE – NONE recieved. Although Max did return the initial call with more information looking into this. Additionally, I had to pay an extra $200 to have the car shipped because once again MOVEWHEELS DID NOT INFORM the shipping company of the car issues. Once eliminating MOVEWHEELS out of the coordination process, things went smooth NO THANKS to EUGENE and this company. The Driver company was fantastic in delivery and helping unload. BOTTOM LINE: If you like being lied to, charged money for a service not provided and being completed frustrated, then use MOVEWHEELS. If you want any form of SERVICE AT ALL – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and avoid them. If EUGENE answers. HANG UP!!!!! Worst service I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years as an adult to include 20+ year military service. STAY AWAY from them.
