After being deluged in e-mails from many car transport companies I chose BWT because of the reviews and pricing. I was told $1295 and all the other quotes were between $1350 and $1500. Brian was very helpful and extremely patient with me. Eventually, they contacted West Coast Auto Transport and said my car would be picked up on Aug 23 or 24 and it would take 8-10 days to get to Beaverton, but the price would be $1450.not $1295. I actually expected that to happen so I was mentally prepared for that. I loaded the car as much as I could without blocking any windows so the driver's view would be OK. They picked up the car on Aug 22. So that was good. My daughter is starting a new job in Portland OR and she had to have the car no later than Sept 1. So we were a bit nervous. The car was delivered 7 days later on Tues day Aug 29 !! Boy were we happy. BWT was great. The only complaint is somewhat minor, but I did call West Cost one day about 4 times and no one answers. So I left a message and pleaded for someone to call me back and no one did. That was pretty frustrating and disappointing. But the bottom line is they picked up the car one day before they said they would and delivered the car only 7 days later. Thanks to BWT and West Coast for making this stressful move easier for us.
