I didn't realize how many slimeball auto transport brokers there are. I'm okay with getting several offers from where I listed my request on Uship. However I received emails every day and multiple phone calls a day from the same companies stating how they had drivers waiting to fill their loads in my area of pickup. Yeah Right!?! Since they all reportedly offered the same quick, easy, certified drivers, and insurance as the others I started with one of the least expensive. I called Arnold Harrison with Movewheels / BWT Group LLC to get more information on the quote they sent for $1200. He confirmed the litany of promises everyone had made and assured me it was for an enclosed trailer. I followed up several days later after receiving another quote that specifically said enclosed trailer for the $1200 price and provided my credit card to begin the scheduling process. At this time I was transferred to Arnold who said the quote was inaccurate because it was for an open trailer and I must have been confused! I said that is a bait and switch maneuver since the email I received and the conversation I had was always about enclosed (I was sure to express that several times). He did not admit to quoting the lowest price even though he knew that is not what I wanted and what was stated in the quote details. High recommend avoiding this company!
