The service overall was very good. Olivia Bright was very helpful and always called back right away when my call didn't go through. My pickup and delivery date was delayed, but this wasn't too much of a problem.The driver seemed like a nice guy and I would have given five stars, but there was what I can only assume what was dogshit on the floor mat on the front passenger seat. It was still wet. I don't why someone was even sitting there. There were also dirt or dust marks on my dashboard. Had I not been busy with other matters I would've inquired about this, but I was just happy my car wasn't damaged.
