I worked with Justin and I had a terrible experience with him. Between him saying he has a guy then saying he can't get a hold of anybody at all to saying nobody wanted to pick it up in San Diego so he would tell the carrier I would drive to LA without even giving me a moment to speak. When the carrier arrived he informed me that he was unaware the jeep was lifted however I specifically told Justin it was lifted and had 35" tires. The carrier then told me it would be $100 more due to the lift and I was leaving in the next few days so I didn't really have a choice other than to pay the extra. This company throws you around and doesn't care what happens as long as they get your money. Do not work with them.
