Didnt plan to leave review but MoveWheels insisted, so here u go. Hired MW to move my Airstream but they sold transport job to another company WITHOUT informing me who they then hired driver who had no idea who MW even was! Luckily that driver was absolutely amazing. Driver contacted me and picked up trailer. FOUR DAYS later MW contacts me to "inform" me that my trailer had been picked up...uh thanks?...its already half way across USA. Then I got mysterious txt message from company I didnt even hire saying they would leave trailer on side of road if I didnt pay deposit $500 that day. I wouldve paid it BEFORE pickup if they needed me to. Thats when I realized I wasnt even dealing w MW but another company. The driver was GREAT and communicated w me every day. MW was useless. Once they got my signed contract they disappeared. Driver shows up w trailer in the evening I pull out my credit card to pay remaining 2500$ he says you gotta pay cash hahaha yeah like I carry around 2500$ cash. Driver says dont worry Ill call office there is "supposed" to be someone on call 24hrs. Of course no one answered which meant i had to get 800$ from ATM and give personal check for 1700$. In the end I got my trailer, the driver did and AMAZING job but id never use or recommend MoveWheels to anyone.
