Had a contract, confirmed pickup date and when it came time for the pickup...nothing and no one from this company was answering the phones, responding to email or text messages. Left in a lurch with a contract to ship and now need to start all over and it means a whole week delay in getting car to West coast!

Unfortunately things happen that are out of our control and the carrier company that was assigned had to cancel. At that point, our shipping agent team immediately started working on assigning another carrier company to transport your vehicle.
