This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve received in my life. I would rate zero or negative stars if I could. We are a military family with an infant and they screwed us over big time. Not only did they not get my car to me, but in the process of trying to deal with the situation they (not one but two employees) would not return my calls. I was hung up on twice by two different employees. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the customer service was. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
